Developed by Alan Betts of HT2 and based on established techniques such as Stress Point Analysis (Croom & Betts, 2003) with contributions from Professor Nigel Slack of Warwick Business School, the World Class questionnaire is the method through which World Class is diagnosed.

The World Class Questionnaire takes around 25 minutes to complete per person and requires only a minimal computer specification and internet connection*.

The ideal number of responses is 10% of the workforce with a minimum of 20 workers (smaller samples can be taken but may lack the full statistical rigour).

The questionnaire is typically aimed at a cross section of Senior Managers, Managers and Team Leaders.

For larger organisations it is appropriate to split the diagnosis into discrete groups.

Unlike other benchmarks the World Class Diagnosis is not resource intensive on the organisation undertaking it.

After the analysis is complete the organisation can expect the results to be compiled in about two weeks. Each diagnosis is hand annoted by World Class experts in order to deliver the maximum value to the business.

In addition to a bound hard copy report, the World Class Diagnosis is also delivered as an E-copy (PDF) and as a full Adobe Flash presentation for internal use.
