The World Class Journey starts with a visit from a World Class Consultant. The consultant will visit your organisation, talk to key stakeholders and help determine the "Unit of Analysis". Dependant on the size and structure of the organisation it may be appropriate to commission more than one World Class Diagnosis.

The World Class Consultant will explain the process and provide a unique website and a time scale for the completion of the World Class Questionnaire.

An individual report benchmarking the organisation against the World Class Diamond and diagnosing the key next steps to drive improvements will be compiled.

The consultant will return and present the findings to the management team in a World Class Workshop.

The World Class Consultant will be pleased to help the organisation to implement the key steps agreed at the World Class Workshop.

Periodically the organisation will repeat the process to check on progress.
