The World Class Journey starts with a visit from a World Class Consultant. The consultant will visit your organisation, talk to key stakeholders and help determine the "Unit of Analysis". Dependant on the size and structure of the organisation it may be appropriate to commission more than one World Class Diagnosis.
The World Class Consultant will explain the process and provide a unique website and a time scale for the completion of the World Class Questionnaire.
An individual report benchmarking the organisation against the World Class Diamond and diagnosing the key next steps to drive improvements will be compiled. The consultant will return and present the findings to the management team in a World Class Workshop.
This is where the real work begins. We will be pleased to offer you as much or as little help as you require as you start on your World Class Journey. Our consultants offer help and advice in strategy, in the vital issue of engagement and can provide training and practical assistance if required.
Critically, our consultants can also put you in contact with other organizations which are on the World Class Journey. This gives you the opportunity to develop networks and Communities of Practice.
Your progress is checked on a regular basis, with re-diagnosis taking place at 6, 12 or 18 month intervals in order to help track your organisations progress.
Typically, World Class Journey's are undertaken as a 3 year improvement initiative. This timescale represents an ambitious objective for most organisations, challenging teams to initiate changes quickly and effectively whilst maintaining the momentum towards World Class.
