The first step in your organisations World Class Journey is establishing the current level at which you are operating. This is achieved through a process known as the World Class Survey.
In order to successfully diagnose your organisation on the World Class Diamond, we must first establish the "Unit of Analysis". Unlike other benchmarks, World Class operates primarily at the level below the organisation as whole and seeks to diagnose the performance of a particular unit or function. If necessary, several World Class Diagnosis may be performed to establish a level across the whole organisation.
Once the Unit of Analysis has been set, your World Class Questionnaire will be made available to complete. The World Class Questionnaire takes around 20 minutes to complete per person and requires only a minimal computer specification and an internet connection.
We aim for a minimum of 30 people completing the survey (smaller samples can be taken but may lack the full statistical rigour). The questionnaire is typically aimed at a cross section of Senior Managers, Managers and Team Leaders.
Unlike other benchmarks the World Class Diagnosis is not resource intensive on the organisation undertaking it.
After the analysis is complete the organisation can expect the results to be compiled in about a week. Each diagnosis is reviewed and considered by World Class experts in order to deliver the maximum value to the business.
In addition to a bound hard copy report, the World Class Diagnosis is also delivered as an E-copy (PDF) and as a full Adobe Flash presentation for internal use.
