WorldClassJourney.com is the home of the World Class Diamond; a diagnosis and benchmarking model for organisations who are seeking to become truly "World Class".
The World Class Diamond model is the product of a 3 year research project jointly conducted between HT2, Warwick Manufacturing Group and Warwick Business School at the University of Warwick.
The Diamond model defines what it takes to become a World Class organisation. By undertaking a World Class Diagnostic teams, departments or whole organisations can benchmark themselves both against the World Class Diamond model and other organisations.
Unlike other business improvement models, World Class does not prescribe the actions your organisation must take in order to become World Class. Rather it seeks to understand the wider context in which the organisation is working and to develop strategically coherent plans.
